Get Download URL

GET/web/v1/files/query/{fileBizId}/download-urlJWT + Turnstile

Generates a pre-signed download URL for the specified file. The URL is time-limited and can be used to download the file directly without additional authentication.

Authentication

Auth Chain: WEB Chain — requires Authorization: Bearer <jwt> and Turnstile token. These headers are injected by the system (frontend does nothing): X-PORTAL-ACCESS-CODE (Nginx), X-Request-Id (Gateway)

Notes

• The generated URL is pre-signed and does not require authentication headers to use.
• The URL expires after the specified duration (default 60 minutes).
• Prefer this endpoint over direct download for large files or when the client needs to delegate download to a browser or external tool.
