Update Portal

POST/web/v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}/institutions/{institutionBizId}/portals/updateWEB

Updates an existing portal entry. Supports partial update.

Authentication

Requires a valid JWT token. Gateway validation: enableJwtToken=true, enableTurnstile=false.
